Kundalini Yoga is an ancient spiritual science based on the principle that in every human being there is a powerful source of divine energy called Kundalini. For most this energy usually remains dormant throughout their entire life. When the Kundalini is dormant, we live incomplete, unfulfilled lives. Our understanding of the universe is restricted, and we perceive and interpret everything according to our limited capacity.
The purpose of Kundalini Yoga is to awaken this source of energy within, when this energy is active, our progress on the path of spiritual evolution is accelerated.
